Most coaching focuses on strategy, systems, and scale. My work begins earlier — with the man. Because every business problem has a man behind it, and every external breakthrough is downstream from an internal one.

The premise is simple: you are not an owner. You are a steward. Your identity is not in your output. Your worth is not in your revenue. Your calling is not your comfort. When the inner life comes into order, everything downstream begins to heal — the marriage, the leadership, the decisions, the peace.

The mentoring I offer is not a course or a program you consume. It is a relationship — direct, honest, confessional, and built on 25+ years of building real things and failing publicly at many of them first.
