Purpose & Direction
Mission & Vision
The purpose behind the work and the future it is building toward.
Mission
To raise up a generation of Christian leaders who refuse to build empires on empty souls.
The mission is not reform. It is restoration. Most leaders are not failing — they are succeeding in ways that leave them fragmented, exhausted, and quietly losing what matters most. The work of STEWARDSHIP is to close that gap. To help a man integrate faith, family, business, discipline, and legacy into one coherent life before the fragmentation becomes catastrophe.
Vision
A movement of steward-leaders whose faithfulness outlasts them.
Not just successful men — steward-men. Faithful with Christ at the center. Faithful in the home before the office. Faithful with the business as a trust, not a possession. Faithful in the daily rhythm. Faithful with what they are called to pass on. A generation who will stand before the Master and hear: “Well done, good and faithful steward.”
How the Mission Is Carried
Books. Mentoring. Multiplication.
The STEWARDSHIP series puts the framework in writing. The 12-week Cohort walks men through it together. The 90-Day Mentoring Protocol teaches each graduate to begin mentoring another. The chain from 2 Timothy 2:2 continues: Paul to Timothy to faithful men to others also.
