How I Work

The process is simple. The work is not soft.

Mentoring begins with diagnosis, moves through direct conversation, and becomes useful only when it changes decisions, habits, and responsibility.

Context

People often want a new answer before they have admitted the real problem. Daniel's process begins by slowing the conversation down enough to name what is true.

After diagnosis, the work becomes practical. What needs to be confronted? What needs to be ordered? What decision is being avoided? What rhythm must change this week?

Stewardship Standard

Everything entrusted to you must be governed before it is multiplied.

Daniel Jorge

Process

A direct path from diagnosis to action.

Assess

Identify where drift is showing up in faith, family, work, discipline, or legacy.

Name

Separate symptoms from root issues so the conversation does not chase noise.

Order

Build a clear structure for the next decision, commitment, or correction.

Act

Turn conviction into a specific action that can be done, measured, and repeated.

Review

Return to the result, confront avoidance, and adjust without excuses.

What the work requires

Honesty

You cannot steward what you keep hiding.

Responsibility

Blame may explain pressure, but it does not build a life in order.

Consistency

The smallest repeated obedience will beat the strongest occasional emotion.

Next Step

If you are ready for direct work, start here.

Take the assessment or request a conversation with a clear description of what you need to confront.
