Courses and Cohorts

Structured teaching for people who need more than inspiration.

Courses turn the Stewardship framework into lessons, diagnostics, decisions, and repeatable practices - alone at your own pace, or in a small cohort with peer accountability.

5 Stewardship pillars covered across the curriculum
Weekly Cadence designed for working leaders, not students
Cohorts Live small-group sessions when you need accountability
Bilingual Materials available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese

Context

A course should not simply transfer information. It should force examination and produce action. Daniel's courses are built around four moves - diagnose, teach, reflect, implement - so the framework actually changes how you decide and lead.

The course track supports readers, mentoring participants, and leaders who want a guided path through the five stewardship pillars without committing to one-on-one mentoring yet.

Stewardship Standard

Everything entrusted to you must be governed before it is multiplied.

Course Tracks

Four learning paths through the framework.

Stewardship Foundations

The five-pillar framework for ordering faith, family, work, discipline, and legacy. The right place to begin.

Business as Asset

For owners and founders who need their business to serve mission instead of consuming life.

Family Order

For husbands and fathers who want home leadership to become practical, present, and accountable.

Discipline and Rhythm

For people who need consistency, time stewardship, and execution under sustained pressure.

What You Get

Built for application, not for completion certificates.

Video teaching modules

Short, direct lessons you can watch on a commute or in a half-hour block before the family wakes up.

Diagnostic worksheets

Each module ends with a self-diagnostic that surfaces where the drift actually lives.

Weekly action prompts

One specific decision, conversation, or correction to take on between modules - the work happens off-screen.

Optional cohort sessions

Live group conversations with Daniel for the cohort track, with peer accountability between sessions.

How It Works

From enrollment to integrated practice.

01 Choose the track

Start with Foundations if you are new to the framework. Pick a focused track if you already know the area you must repair.

02 Diagnose first

Each track begins with a diagnostic so the lessons are landing on a real, named problem rather than generic teaching.

03 Study and apply weekly

Move through modules at a working leader's pace, completing the action prompt before unlocking the next.

04 Convert to mentoring (optional)

When the course exposes a pattern that needs accountability, graduate into one-on-one mentoring without starting from zero.

Who It Is For

Use courses when this is true of your season.

  • You want structure first: You need a clear curriculum more than a custom conversation right now.
  • You learn by doing: You are willing to do the weekly action, not just watch the video.
  • You are not yet ready for mentoring: Time, budget, or fit do not allow private mentoring this season - but you still want forward motion.
  • You want shared language for your team: Founders and leaders use the courses to give a leadership team or family a common vocabulary.
